By using CFS, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 14. If local law requires you to be older to agree independently, a parent or guardian must permit your use.

Munky is an AI companion. Responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Check important information and keep human judgment in the loop. CFS is not emergency, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional care.

Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate account information. Do not use CFS to break the law, harm or exploit people, harass, distribute malware, evade safeguards, scrape the service, expose another person's private information, or interfere with other people's access. Shared spaces may be moderated, limited, or suspended to protect participants and the service.

You retain rights in content you submit. You give CHUNKY FLOW SPACE EMPIRE a limited permission to host, process, and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Do not submit content you lack the right to use. Private conversations do not become public content or general training material through these terms.

Before purchase, checkout shows the price, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, and seller or merchant details. Paid access begins only after the server confirms the entitlement. You can manage or cancel a recurring membership through the customer portal. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while access continues through the paid period, unless checkout states otherwise.

Refunds and chargebacks are handled under the checkout terms and applicable consumer law. Contact billing@chunkyflowstate.com for a billing question. Nothing here removes a mandatory consumer right.

CFS software, identity, writing, artwork, audio curation, and World Pack materials remain owned by CFS or their licensors. Access to a World Pack grants personal use inside supported CFS surfaces and does not transfer copyright or permit extraction, resale, or redistribution. An asset explicitly marked World Keepsake may be downloaded and displayed, for personal non-commercial use, as wallpaper or a lock-screen image on devices you own or control; ordinary device scaling and cropping are permitted. This narrow permission does not extend to source masters, other pack files, resale, redistribution, public re-hosting, sublicensing, merchandise, branding, commercial use, or AI/model training.

Features may change, pause, or close for safety, maintenance, provider availability, or product development. Closed features are not promised until the site explicitly marks them open. Material changes to paid access will be communicated through an appropriate account or service notice.

Use CFS at your own judgment. To the extent law permits, CFS is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on AI output, third-party services, or unavailable features. Mandatory rights and liabilities still apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
